Our goal at Royal's Garlic Farm has always been to select and grow the tastiest garlic possible.  We offer gourmet, heirloom, organically grown garlic bulbs.

We offer culinary garlic (1.5-1.75" in diameter).  Expect Italian purple stripe to be a bit smaller than these dimensions as it’s a medium-size heirloom variety.

Don't underrate the slightly smaller culinary garlic. In a given variety,  small and large bulbs contain about the same amount of total flavor.  The size difference is mainly extra water in the larger bulbs.  So the smaller bulbs have a more intense flavor and they also store better.  

Our culinary garlic is unflawed and can be used as seed garlic if you like.
